I Woke Up at 5am to Make Sure I Got to Vote Today.

I just wrote a short poem for today's occasion:

Maybe I'm naive to think my vote
can still make a difference.
But the current state of the nation
says it's the only voice I've got left.

Good people of America, a lot of folks suffered and died so you could vote (especially if you happen to be female, a person of color or both). Whatever your political views: don't be an asshole- Go vote! If it still doesn't turn out ok, at least you'll know you tried.
